Description
EOS B is an Italian-made, patented and high-efficiency air handling unit that does it all: Heating, Cooling and Balanced Ventilation.
With an external air to water heat-pump it can be used as a single unit to heat, cool and ventilate houses up to 180m², or as a decentralised system for multiple living areas or apartments. A smart solution for highest home comfort.

FRESH AIR VENTILATION
For best air quality the EOS B takes the exhaust air from bathrooms and kitchens (where the concentration of pollutants and humidity is high) and prevents its migration within the local area. At the same time fresh air is taken from the outside, pre-treated through the heat-exchanger, filtered, integrated and raised to a temperature of comfort.
LESS NOISE, CLEAN AIR
With integrating ventilation and air-conditioning, the EOS reduces your exposure to noise, air pollution, dust and insects from the outside as it is no longer necessary to open the windows for ventilation or cooling.
CASING
The chassis is made of galvanized steel and insulated with 10mm polyethylene thermo-sound foam insulation with fire reaction class 1.
HIGH EFFICIENCY HEAT-RECOVERY
The counter-current cross-flow heat-exchanger pre-heats (in winter) or pre-cools (in summer) the fresh air, using the energy contained in the exhaust air. The heat-exchanger reduces significantly the power required to heat or cool your house.
Made of polyester with elastic adhesives without solvents, it works with outside air temperatures between -5 and +50° C with an energy recovery till 90%. In the units a special anti-freezing cycle has been implemented to prevent the formation of ice and the damage of the heat exchanger. The heat transferred by the return air to the fresh air, helps to maintain the temperature above the freezing point, even when the outside air is very cold. (Under -5° C a preheating air inlet is mandatory.)
The Free-Cooling function allows the unit to automatically bypass the heat-exchanger and pick the fresh air from the outside and place it cost free on the premises with the simple working of the fans.
HYDRONIC FAN COIL UNIT
The integrated heating and cooling module of the EOS B is using simply water. No refrigerant will run through the house. The external Air-to-Water Heat-pump provides cold or hot water which a circulation pump pumps to the EOS B inside the house. Furthermore, a hydronic air-conditioner doesn’t dry the air as refrigerant units would do, what increases the air quality of your home.
BRUSHLESS EC-FANS
The unit is equipped with high-efficiency EC motors with an external rotor and a centrifugal impeller with backward curved blades.
EC motors have the best power consumption to air capacity ratio and meet the latest demands concerning energy saving and high-efficiency ventilation. These EC motors feature high performance, low noise levels and optimum control across the entire speed-range. The impellers are dynamically balanced.
